Based in East London – the heart of all things creatives as they say – I rarely travel to the West End and always try to plan my journeys well, packing as many activities as can be done in one go into each visit. Making notes of any interesting exhibitions and events in town, I then try to group them based on their location, connecting the most remote ones with a single line on a map:
OK, this isn’t exactly the same area, but all three galleries are located few minutes walk away from one of the Victoria line underground stations and all three currently have some great work on display:
1. Jim Naughten: Conflict and Costume at Margaret Street gallery (Oxford Circus) until 13th April.
2. Joachim Brohm: Places & Edges at Brancolini Grimaldi (Green Park) until 11th May
3. Isabelle Pateer: Unsettled at Photofusion (Brixton) until 26th April.
